Apprentices at XERVON Industrial insulation, who learn how to insulate industrial systems and produce sophisticated sheet metal processing, among other things in just two years, are consistently among the best in their year in their field of work. In recent years, they have regularly demonstrated their achievements at the German Championships for Industrial Insulators. Over the course of two days, the participants in the championship demonstrate their skills in the field, and the young talents from XERVON regularly show that they are among the best - they have already stood at the top of the winners' podium several times. In 2019, two trainees triumphed straight away, taking first and second place in the championship.
This outstanding result not only reflects the commitment and hard work of the apprentices themselves, but also the quality of the training they receive at XERVON. This success is proof that investing in training and promoting young talent pays off in many ways.
